Voting Representatives
To better serve the size and diversity of Crystal Falls homeowners its HOA has two groups of homeowner volunteers that work together with a dedicated CFHOA staff and a management company to serve the community. These two groups are the Board of Directors and the Voting Representatives.
The group of Voting Representatives (VRs) currently consists of 15 homeowners elected from the unique and individual neighborhoods. These volunteers help to gather input from the many homeowners within their communities and bring their input to the Board of Directors. Their responsibilities include the election of the Board of Directors, along with working closely with them by providing input on the trends, ideas, and initiatives for their respected neighborhoods and the association overall, helping to create, as well as maintain this wonderful community. The voting representatives graciously serve three year terms and meet the first Thursday of each month.
